13. Send Deal to MC

Current Capabilities

- Ability to submit deal from MST over to MC for managers review and approval

- Ability to lock deal write up once it has been sent over to Management Console

- Chat capabilities:

· Messages can be sent back and forth between MST  and the Management Console any time

· Can message managers for deals that are in review 

-  ‘By Customer’ view experience by grouping multiple write-ups for the same

    customer into a collapsable view
